3 <br /> <br />OPTIONS: <br />The Commission may recommend to that: <br />• The City accept cash in lieu of land; or <br />• The City accept land in lieu of cash; or <br />• The City accept a combination of both. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Parks Commission recommend to the City Council the following motion (this is the same <br />recommendation as the prior concept review from 2023): <br /> <br />“Move to recommend approval of the Revised Highpointe Crossing Concept Plan with the acceptance of <br />cash in lieu of land based on the findings listed in the staff report.” <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />1.
