We will discuss the details of each phase during Phase 1 and identify <br />specific deadlines for the project at that time. We will conduct frequent conference calls with the City to ensure the schedule is <br />monitored throughout the project. <br /> <br />In today’s world, speed is particularly important. However, given the significance of this project, it is just as important for the City <br />officials, department heads, and employees to have sufficient time to review and approve the recommendations of Gallagher and to <br />ensure proper communications occur.
