This plan details the Communications objectives, <br />provides guidance to staff and outlines expectations for resident communications. The plan was <br />presented and discussed at the Council Workshop on December 9, 2025 and recommended changes <br />were made. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />Should the Council approve the Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: <br />Before you is the final draft of the Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan. The City Council is <br />respectfully requested to approve the City of Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan to align with the <br />core strategies checked above. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />N/A <br />OPTIONS: <br />Approve or do not approve the Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan <br />RECOMMENDATION: (if pulled from Consent) <br />“Motion to approve the Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan.” <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />City of Lake Elmo Strategic Communications Plan
