This year, <br />the time change occurs on Sunday, March 8. At 2 a.m., <br />clocks move forward one hour to 3 a.m., marking the <br />start of daylight saving time. <br />With the change, both sunrise and sunset will occur <br />one hour later than the previous day, bringing more <br />
