Agency Review <br />The application was sent out for agency review on January 26th, 2026. Below is a summary of the <br />comments received: <br />•Fire Department – Provided an email noting they have no new comments and defer to comments from <br />previous additions. <br />•MN DNR – Provided the same comment memo as what was provided for the preliminary plat. <br />•VBWD– A permit has been issued for the project VBWD Permit #2023-01. <br />•Landscape Architect - Provided comments that the tree preservation plan and the landscaping plan <br />within the 3rd addition are acceptable, subject to clarification on ground cover near roadways. 102 <br />Trees are to be planted with this addition. <br />•City Attorney– Provided a plat opinion with required revisions. <br />•City Engineer– The City Engineer is recommending that plans be revised to address all City comments. <br />Key comments are summarized below: <br />–Easements must be provided and clear of encroachments <br />–Stormwater Reuse Irrigation System Maintenance and License agreement are required due to the <br />stormwater reuse on site. This is a carryover from the 1st addition agreement. <br />–The Engineer provided comments on the construction plan submittal.
