Requested Council Action <br />Staff is recommending the following: <br />•Council is asked to approve a resolution accepting bids and awarding a <br />contract to Miller Excavating, Inc. for the bid amount of $ 687,206.54 for the <br />CSAH 14 Watermain Improvements. <br />•Staff is also recommending that the City Council authorize the City <br />Administrator to enter into a material testing contract for the project in the <br />not-to -exceed amount of $20,000. <br />
