However, please <br />provide additional clarification on the ground cover material intent on the west side of Kokanee <br />Avenue N. and the south side of Knightsbridge Trail. <br />o Provisions for irrigation have been submitted. <br />o The Requirements of 105.12.480 (b) (7) Trees shall be planted ten feet away from utilities including <br />water and sewer stubs are noted on sheet L1 of the Landscape Plan under General Landscape <br />Notes, #13. <br />o Applicant has shown easements on landscape plans as required (10’ drainage and utility easement <br />along frontage street, 5’ easements along side and back property lines). <br />o The developer is responsible for the installation of (29) Disturbed Acre Plantings and (7) Street <br />Trees. The Builder is responsible for the installation of (37) Disturbed Acre Plantings and (29) Street <br />Trees for a combined total of 102 remaining trees to be installed as part of the 3rd Addition. <br />o The minimum tree composition requirements for the whole development have been met. <br />o All landscape materials shall be guaranteed for two years <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION:
