Final construction plans and specifications and final landscape <br />plans must have been submitted by the Developer and approved by the City Engineer, <br />Fire Chief, and the City’s Landscape Architect; <br />I. If applicable, the Developer shall provide the City with a copy of all temporary <br />construction and permanent easements from adjacent or nearby properties, necessary <br />to construct the Subdivision Improvements, including all off-site public improvements, off- <br />site grading work, or storm sewer discharges; <br />J. the Developer has provided the City with a certificate of insurance required by this <br />Agreement; <br />K. the Developer has paid any outstanding assessments and taxes for the Subdivision <br />property; <br />L. the Developer has fulfilled any park dedication requirements as specified under this <br />Agreement; <br />M. the Developer has received all necessary permits from the MPCA, MDH, DNR, MnDOT, <br />the applicable watershed, Washington County, and any other agency having jurisdiction <br />over the Subdivision; <br />N. the Developer has installed tree protection fencing or additional measures per approved <br />Tree Preservation Plan and the City has inspected and approved the protections; <br />O. the Developer or the Developer’s engineer and the Developer’s contractor(s) have <br />initiated and attended a preconstruction meeting with the City Engineer and City staff; <br />P. the final plat has been recorded with Washington County; <br />Q. the City has issued a written notice that all above conditions have been satisfied and that <br />the Developer may proceed. <br />4.
