In developing the Subdivision in accordance with the Plans, the <br />Developer shall make or install at its sole expense the following public and private improvements <br />(collectively, the “Subdivision Improvements”): <br />A. Grading; <br />B. Sanitary sewer; <br />C. Water system improvements; <br />D. Stormwater improvements (storm sewer pipe, control structures, ponds, BMPs, <br />etc.); <br />E. Streets and sidewalks; <br />F. Trails <br />G. Surface water facilities <br />H. Street lighting <br />I. Street and Traffic Signs <br />J. Underground private utilities; <br />K. Builder landscaping <br />L. Subdivision (developer) landscaping; <br />M. Tree preservation and reforestation; <br />N. Wetland mitigation and buffers; and <br />O. Monuments required by Minnesota Statutes. <br />P. Erosion and sediment control <br />Q. Off-site and intersection improvements (turn lanes, by-pass lanes, traffic control, <br />etc.); <br />R. Record Drawings <br />S. Stormwater reuse irrigation system improvements; <br />All improvements shall be installed in accordance with the approved Plans, the City <br />approvals, the City Code, the City’s Engineering Design and Construction Standards Manual, the <br />City’s Landscape Standards, and Stormwater Reuse Irrigation Design Standards. The Developer <br />shall instruct its engineer to provide adequate field inspection personnel to assure an acceptable <br />level of quality control to the extent that the Developer's engineer will be able to certify that the
