unsubscribe at any time. <br />Friendly reminder of the City's <br />Irrigation Restrictions <br />3 <br />As we approach spring, please remember <br />o :d's <br />the irrigation restrictions affecting The City of <br />r :.y <br />Lake Elmo will continue again this year. <br />The City of Lake Elmo has established <br />irrigation zones divided into four parts of the <br />city and allows watering on the days that <br />reflect that zone. <br />Watering is permitted only on your <br />designated day, from 12:01 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., <br />and again from 5:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., <br />without extending into the following day. <br />Zone A - Monday & Friday. Zone B - Tuesday <br />& Friday. Zone C - Wednesday and Saturday. <br />Zone D -Thursday and Sunday. <br />Exceptions: The permanent water use <br />restrictions do not apply to the following <br />situations: <br />• Private wells <br />• Recently established lawns if permission was <br />granted through a watering restriction waiver <br />form, allowing daily watering up to 15 days <br />after installation <br />• Attended hand watering of plants, shrubs, <br />trees, and gardens <br />• Water Reuse Irrigation <br />MilIUM What Do My Taxes Pay For? <br />The City Council adopted the 2026 Budget <br />on December 16, 2025.
