Background <br />Lake Elmo has an existing 10 -inc h gravity s anitary s e we r <br />main stubbed to the southern parcel of the 180 acres <br />along Ideal Avenue. <br />01 <br />03 <br />Engineering has scoped design phase services to create <br />plans and specifications to publicly bid the project. <br />04 <br />The city has requested engineering review extending the <br />10 -inch gravity main further north as a city led capital <br />improvement project in 2027. The goal would be to get the <br />mainline ac ros s the Union Pac ific Railroad trac ks . <br />Coordination with Washington County on the <br />reconstruction of Ideal Avenue (CSAH 13) is ongoing. The <br />sanitary sewer route is proposed outside of the County <br />right -of-way. <br />05 <br />Lake Elmo has been working with the Urban Land <br />Institute Technical Assistance Panel to vision <br />development on the city owned property. <br />02
