This report is intended to provide a <br />clear, accessible summary of the City’s operations and accomplishments over the previous year. Also included in <br />this report are each department’s priorities for the next year. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: <br />Does Council have any feedback on the 2025 Annual Report? <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: <br />The annual report is designed to: <br />Enhance transparency and accountability to the community <br />Provide an overview of departmental responsibilities <br />Highlight and celebrate progress made toward City Council priorities for previous year and what is <br />planned for the next year <br />Serve as a communication tool for residents, businesses and stakeholders <br />The report is organized in a consistent manner and contains the following sections: <br />Department mission statement created by department heads and staff <br />Overview of department services provided <br />2025 department accomplishments made towards City Council priorities <br />2026 planned activities to continue to support City Council priorities <br />Key department metrics from 2025
