Motion passed 5 – 0. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br />March 3, 2026 Minutes were corrected to note that Acting Mayor Holtz called the meeting to <br />order. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 3, 2026 AND MARCH 17, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS AS AMENDED.
