The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Title 105, Section <br />105.12.710 of the City’s Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by changing the following section <br />(Proposed language is underlined; deleted language is shown with strikethrough): <br /> <br />105.12.710 Permitted And Conditional Uses <br />Table 10-1 lists all permitted and conditional uses allowed in the urban residential districts. "P" indicates a <br />permitted use, "C" a conditional use. Uses not so indicated shall be considered prohibited. Cross-references listed <br />in the table under "Standards" indicate the location within this chapter of specific development standards that <br />apply to the listed use. <br />Combinations of uses. Principal and accessory uses may be combined on a single parcel. A principal and <br />secondary dwelling unit may be combined according to the standards of LEC 105.12.750(c).
