Proposed Language <br />Proposed Language <br />License Standards: <br />•The number of licenses approved in the City shall be capped at 20. <br />•Homeowners’associations must opt-in prior to the City approving a <br />license in that neighborhood. <br />•Short term rentals shall be permitted in all residential zoning districts. <br />•Short term rentals must provide at least one parking space per <br />bedroom,but are not required to provide more than four parking <br />spaces. <br />•The number of lodging rooms may not exceed five. <br />•The licensee must ensure that the property is maintained in compliance <br />with all city ordinances and state and federal laws.
