MnDOT-County-City Agreement <br />Cooperative Construction Agreement, MnDOT Contract No. 1060495 <br /> <br />01 <br />Key elements of the Agreement: <br />•Washington County will oversee the Project delivery. <br />•MnDOT contributes $8,005,000 in State Aid project funding. <br />•MnDOT will maintain ownership of all improvements made to the Trunk Highway right-of-way. <br />•The Agreement addresses the Performance-Measure monitoring of the safety and operation <br />of the post construction Keats Avenue Access Modification. <br />•The State, City, and County (as appropriate) agree to collaboratively monitor performance <br />•The State’s determination regarding the safety and operation will be final, binding, and conclusive <br />•Future cost to remove the TH 36 right turn lane to Keats Avenue, if necessary, will be the <br />re s pons ibility of the City. <br />•MnDOT is requiring the County and City to indemnify the State . <br />02
