MnDOT-City Agreement <br />Change of Roadway Jurisdiction Agreement, MnDOT Contract No. 1062311 01 <br />Key elements of the Agreement: <br />•Washington County will oversee the Project delivery of the South Frontage Road under SP <br />8204-57, including right-of-way acquisition necessary to construct the South Frontage Road. <br />•The Agreement identifies the Roadway Segment and right-of-way subject to the jurisdiction <br />transfer by MnDOT to the City of Lake Elmo. The remaining portions of right-of-way for the <br />South Frontage Road will be conveyed by Washington County as part of a separate process. <br />•The Agreement outlines the conveyance process, including the “Notice of Release” and <br />effective date, delivery of records and conveyance documents to be provided, and <br />re s pons ibility of c laims . <br />•Se e Exhibit A –Turnback Location <br />02
