Requested Council Action <br />Staff is recommending that the City Council approve three separate Resolutions, <br />approving the Project Agreements as presented for the TH 36 and CSAH 17 (Lake <br />Elmo Avenue) Interchange and South Frontage Road Improvements. <br />01 <br />The recommended motions for these actions are as follows: <br />“Move to approve Resolution No. 2026-024 Approving Cooperative Agreements with Washington <br />County for the TH 36 and CSAH 17 (Lake Elmo Avenue) Interchange and South Frontage Road <br />Improvements.” <br />“Move to approve Resolution No. 2026-025 Approving Cooperative Construction Agreement, <br />MnDOT Contract No. 1060495.” <br />“Move to approve Resolution No. 2026-026 Approving the Change of Roadway Jurisdiction <br />Agreement, MnDOT Contract No. 1062311.” <br /> <br />02
