The County will perform grading, bituminous paving, moment slab, retaining walls, ADA improvements, <br />lighting, TMS, signals, Bridge No. 82053, and Bridge No. 82054 construction and other associated <br />construction upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 36 at County State Aid Highway (CSAH) <br />No. 17/Lake Elmo Avenue according to County-prepared plans, specifications, and special provisions <br />designated by the City and the State as State Project No. 206-020-005, by the County and the State as State <br />Project No. 082-617-014, and by the State as State Project No. 8204-57 (TH 36=118) (Project); and <br />2. The County requests the State participate in the costs of the interchange construction and the State is <br />willing to participate in the trunk highway eligible costs of said construction as set forth in this Agreement; <br />and <br />3. MnDOT Contract Number 1052258, which has been executed between the County and the State, appoints <br />the State as the County's agent to receive and disburse transportation related federal funds and sets forth <br />duties and responsibilities for letting, payment, and other procedures for a federally funded contract let by <br />the County; and <br />4. The State Federal-Aid funds will be paid to the County, up to a capped amount, under the Delegated <br />Contract Process on a reimbursable basis after expenses have been incurred, as set forth in this Agreement; <br />and <br />5. The State funds will be paid to the County, as set forth in this Agreement; and <br />6. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance number or CFDA number is 20.205; and <br />7. Agreement No. 1062311 between the State and the City will address the turnback of a portion of 60th Street <br />North (South Frontage Road); and
