Restrict open burning in the city to areas zoned agricultural or rural residential only. These zones reflect a safer burning environment and are less likely to generate complaint calls due to their remoteness. <br />Consideration must be given for these zoning types that border other residential zones. <br />Prairie restorations / land management would still be allowed within the entire city when conducted by a licensed contractor. <br />RECCOMENDATION
