Scope of Work and Project Goals <br />The City seeks to develop a plan for a master plan for the City’s <br />newly acquired central park. The plan will serve as a guide for <br />developing the site to include baseball/softball, soccer, and <br />possibly other sports amenities. Other features identified in the <br />Parks Master Plan (2024), the City’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan, <br />and during community engagement should be considered and <br />evaluated including analysis of appropriate revenue generating <br />scenarios.
