Task 1a. <br />The primary focus of the plan is to determine the type of sports <br />complex to be constructed. This will include baseball/softball fields and <br />soccer fields consolidated on one site. The scenarios should include: <br />•Number of baseball/softball and soccer fields <br />•Field surface. Artificial turf or grass with various artificial turf <br />scenarios and analysis of maintenance needs with associated costs <br />and a turf replacement plan <br />•Staffing and partnering with sports associations <br />•Scale of facilities -tournament level or local, field lights <br />•Support amenities: Locker rooms, concession stands, <br />storage, restrooms, shelters, seating
