Task 2. <br />Community Engagement. The consultant team is expected to <br />lead and design an inclusive engagement process to inform the <br />development of the plan and to engage the community in all <br />potential uses including the sports facilities. <br />Community engagement strategy should include: <br />•Developing survey questions for an upcoming National <br />Community Survey (NCS) using appropriate analysis and <br />recommendations <br />•A webpage dedicated to the project <br />•Updates to appropriate City commissions <br />•Town halls/special events <br />•City staff and Project team coordination
