Evaluation Criteria <br />Proposals will be evaluated by the City based on the following criteria: <br />1.Experience and qualifications <br />2.Approach and methodology for the project <br />3.Community Engagement plan <br />4.Timeline: The proposer’s ability to complete the work in the <br />designated time-period <br />5.Proposer’s compensation/cost proposal
