Would you mind sending
to the greater email group just in case people would like to weigh in
on allowing STR in LE. We allow them in Stillwater and they are really
time consuming for staff to manage and I don't really see the benefit
to residents. We see a lot of non-owner occupied rentals which takes
housing out of the market.
Xxx
From:>
Sent: Thursday, April 9, 2026 12:02 PM
To:>
Subject: City of Lake Elmo Planning meeting Monday, April 13 at 6:30 pm
on 'Short Term Rentals' in residentrial zones
Hello neighbors ( blind copied), Hope you had a happy Easter
Holiday.
