Licenses are subject to approval by the City <br />Council. <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the Council approve the requested license? <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: The city has received an application for a massage therapy premises permit <br />from Hui Li to perform massage therapy under the business name Rose Tea Massage at 9931 Hudson Blvd. N. <br />The appropriate fees have been paid and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department is conducting a <br />background check. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: License fee of $100 and background check fee of $100. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1)Approve the license <br />2)Deny the license <br />RECOMMENDATION: (if pulled from Consent) <br />“Motion to approve massage therapy premises permit for Rose Tea Massage.”
