The budget for legal publications in <br />Planning for the year is just $1800. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Motion to rescind the failed motion to adopt Resolution 2026-029 Summary of Publication of Ordinance 2026- <br />06 from the May 5, 2026 Council meeting. <br />If the above passes with 3 votes; <br />Motion to adopt Resolution 2026-029 Summary of Publication of Ordinance 2026-06. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution 2026-029 Summary of Publication of Ordinance 2026-06 <br />Publication Quote (2 parts totaling $1190)
