From Lisa Odens with water resource: <br />"Since the relevant elevation has already been established, a desktop review should be sufficient to <br />confirm the wetland limits, eliminating the need for additional fieldwork at this stage. A Level One <br />delineation can be carried out using aerial imagery paired with the elevation information from the <br />previous delineation. Additionally, provide documentation that demonstrates communication with <br />the Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) and their concurrence with a “no loss” determination". Geotech <br />report is currently being written and will submit stormwater calculations when completed.
