REASON FOR REQUEST <br />The applicant is proposing to construct an addition to the existing 65,000 square foot building for a total of about 114,100 square feet of medical facility and office space. They will also expand the parking lot. The facility will provide a variety of medical services such as specialized treatment, urgent care, medical imaging, ambulatory surgical procedures, and primary care. The medical facility use is permitted by conditional use permit in the Business Park zoning district.
