PROPOSAL ANALYSIS <br />Use. The 114,100 square foot building will consist of 26,000 square feet <br />of medical facility area and 88,100 square feet of medical office area. The <br />facility will likely employ 100-125 FTE. Proposed hours of operation are <br />7:30AM –9:00PM. <br />Parking.The proposal will expand the parking area to include an <br />additional 195 stalls, with a total stall count of 435. The minimum parking <br />count required by City Code is 396 stalls. The proposed plan exceeds the <br />required parking count. <br />Access.City Code requires medical facilities to have a minimum of two <br />access points. No changes are proposed to the existing two access <br />points.
