12 FINDINGS OF FACT –CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />In Summary: <br />•The proposed use should not be detrimental to the public health, safety, comfort, or <br />general welfare. And the proposed use should not create nuisances or traffic <br />congestion. <br />•The proposed use conforms to the Comprehensive Plan and meets specific <br />development standards listed in the Zoning Code and flood plain management <br />requirements. <br />•The proposed use is compatible with the existing neighborhood and should not <br />impact natural or scenic features. <br />•The proposed use should be served adequately by essential public facilities and <br />services and not create excessive additional requirements at public cost.
