Scope of Improvements <br />1.Street and drainage improvements for those identified in the 2027 CIP, the type <br />and extent of improvements based on geotechnical investigation. <br />2.Existing bituminous curb will be replaced with new concrete curb and gutter. <br />3.Street geometrics and widths together with on-street parking restrictions will be <br />reviewed to determine if any improvements or changes are recommended. <br />4.Existing storm sewer inspections will be conducted to identify any repairs or <br />corrections deemed necessary to restore or improve the drainage systems. <br />5.All streets in the project area are outside of the MUSA boundaries and are served <br />by private wastewater treatment systems, no sanitary sewer extensions are <br />proposed as part of the project. <br />6.City water is not available and extension of water to this area is not in the scope <br />of the project.
