PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the variance request at their May 11th 2026 Planning Commission <br />meeting with the conditions listed in the staff report (Vote 5-0). <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />1.The applicant must remove the gravel driveway and reestablish pervious cover prior to issuance of a building <br />permit of the proposed accessory structure.
