Engineering has no comments or concerns to weigh in on. The <br />proposal does not impact any public streets or utilities. As long as the plan does not change, <br />our only concern would be any encroachments to the public R/W and 10’ D+U. The current plan <br />shows no encroachments. The site plan indicates that the accessory structure will be 34’ x 34’ <br />(1,156 SF). This is well below the VBWD 6,000 SF threshold that would require a stormwater <br />management permit.
