We have
had discussions over the years with the developer’s engineer about the site. The property
includes several wetlands and low-lying areas with high overflow elevations that are typically
landlocked. These conditions make development more challenging, particularly in terms of
protecting proposed homes from flooding, avoiding increases in off-site flood levels, and
protecting local water resources.
Once a complete VBWD permit application is submitted, we will review it for compliance with
VBWD rules and requirements.
John

John P.
