Review Comments <br />The application has been circulated for comments. Below is a summary of the comments received. <br />Conditions of approval have been added where applicable. <br />•Fire Chief Review. The City’s Fire Chief provided a comment memo dated 2/20/2026 which details a <br />comment on emergency access, signage, hydrants, addressing, and street naming. <br />•Valley Branch Watershed District. A permit from VBWD will be required before any work can begin on site. <br />No permit has been submitted to the agency at this time. <br />•Landscape Architect Memo. The Applicant has not requested flexibility related to landscaping or tree <br />preservation standards. The current plans require revisions and/or modifications to comply with City <br />Standards prior to acceptance by the City. <br />•Engineering Review. The City Engineer has reviewed the project and is generally recommending <br />approval of the project subject to revisions and corrections related to the plan sets, street sections, and <br />details on the pedestrian facilities
