Proposed Language <br />Proposed Language <br />Definition: <br />Short-term rental (STR) means the use of a dwelling unit, or any <br />portion thereof, rented for a period of at least one night and less <br />than 30 consecutive days. Each short-term rental is limited to a <br />total of five guest rooms and 10 guests. Hotels, motels, bed and <br />breakfasts, and other land uses explicitly defined and regulated <br />separately are not considered to be short-term rentals.
