Review Comments <br />The application has been circulated for comments. Below is a summary of the comments received. <br />Conditions of approval have been added where applicable. <br />•Fire Chief Review. The City’s Fire Chief provided a comment memo dated 3/24/2026 which details a <br />comment on emergency access, signage, hydrants, addressing, and street naming. <br />•Valley Branch Watershed District. A permit from VBWD will be required before any work can begin on site. <br />•Landscape Architect Memo. LSA Memo dated 3/24/2026. Plans require revisions and/or modifications to <br />comply with City Standards prior to acceptance by the City with Variance. <br />•Engineering Review. Engineering review memo dated 3/24/2026 requires plan revisions, suggested <br />condition for approval.
