Findings – Preliminary Plat/PUD <br />Findings needed to support recommendation to City Council <br />•Preliminary Plats can only be denied if they meet the criteria for denial (LEC <br />103.00.090). <br />•PUD’s need to meet identified objectives and minimum criteria. <br />Considerations: <br />•Is the project consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan? <br />•Is the project consistent with the City’s subdivision ordinance and criteria for <br />approval or denial? <br />•Is the project consistent with the City’s minimum requirements and identified <br />objectives for Planned Unit Developments? <br />•Is the project conforming with the City’s zoning ordinance and design <br />standards? <br />•How might the project impact surrounding land uses?
