MnDOT Agreement No. 1063561 <br /> SP No. 206-020-005, tied to 082-617-014 and SP 8204-57 <br /> <br />Revised October 2024 10 <br />EXHIBIT D <br />GRANT APPLICATION <br /> <br /> <br />In 2023 laws, Chapter 72, Article 1, Section 16, Subdivision 19, as amended by 2026 laws, Chapter <br />130, Article 3, Section 3, $10,000,000.00 in general obligation bond funds was appropriated for <br />one of more grants to Washington County, the city of Lake Elmo, or the city of Grant, or any <br />combination of these entities “for property acquisition and to predesign, design, construct, <br />furnish, and equip a new interchange at marked Trunk Highway 36 and County State-Aid Highway <br />17, known as Lake Elmo Avenue, in Washington County.” <br /> <br />This portion of the project will be funded from that appropriation, with $3,407,393.77 in LRIP <br />funding for right of way acquisition.
