Learn why this is important <br />Hi Sophia, <br />We are Alan and Lou Stocker and we live at 8680 Upper 7th Place in the Inwood 1st addition. <br />We are excited to see the development of the property along Inwood Ave behind our home. <br />Our concern is the screening behind our home along Irene Avenue. The proposed drawings <br />show Irene Avenue curving in such a way that traffic traveling toward 5th Street would have <br />headlights shining directly into our back windows. In addition, the proposed parking lot <br />behind the Gaming Cafe has several parking spaces that would also have cars headlights <br />aimed at our back windows. There are several neighbors that have the same situation. The <br />proposed drawings show many trees planned along Irene Avenue north of 9th Street along <br />Inwood 3rd addition and Inwood 5th addition, but no additional screening along Inwood 1st <br />addition. We would like to see the additional tree screening along Inwood 1st addition. There <br />is limited screening now that was planted when the Inwood 1st addition was built, and a <br />couple of those trees have died.
