Calling All Artists! <br />The City of Lake Elmo is launching a new <br />quarterly Public Art Program featuring <br />rotating exhibits at Lake Elmo City Center. <br />Local artists, including high school artists, <br />are encouraged to apply and showcase <br />their work in a public setting. <br />The program celebrates creativity and <br />brings local art to the community year- <br />round.
