<br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 91-42 <br />A LOT CONSOLIDATION GRANTED TO <br />ROBERT AND DOROTHY ZIERTMAN <br />WHEREAS, Robert and Dorothy Ziertman have made <br />application for a Lot Consolidation, pursuant to Section <br />401.04011 and 401.045 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code, of <br />the following parcel of land: <br />The South 400.00 feet of the East 440.00 feet of the <br />West 1100.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />2, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota <br />(parcel contains 4.135 acres). <br />WHEREAS, approval of this lot consolidation will not <br />result in the creation of a non - conforming lot. In fact, <br />the parcel in which this 4.135 acres is to be combined will, <br />after consolidation, consist of approximately 9.135 acres <br />and thus becomes a conforming lot in the Rural Residential <br />zoning district, its current zoning category. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a lot consolidation <br />is granted to Robert and Dorothy Ziertman based on the <br />following findings of fact. <br />1. Applicant has provided <br />each parcel of land. <br />2. Applicant has provided <br />stating the reason and <br />consolidation. <br />3. Applicant has provided <br />all parcels involved in <br />a legal description of <br />a written description <br />intention for the lot <br />a scaled drawing depicting <br />the lot consolidation. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said lot consolidation be <br />granted under the following conditions: <br />1.
