RESOLUTION NO. 91-24 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS ADD SPE'CIFICAITONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR RIDS <br />FOR THE BITUMINOUS OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT OF HYTRAIL AVENUE FFOM <br />HIGHLANDS TRAIL N. TO 59TH ST. N. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to approval. of the City Council dated the 5th <br />day of March, 1991, the City Engineer has prepared. plans ancl . <br />specifications for the bituminous overlay improvement of Hytrail <br />Avenue N. from Highlands Trail N. to 59th St., and has presented plans <br />and specifications to the Council for approval: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELDIO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />The City Engineer shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the St. <br />Croix Valley Press and in the Construction Bulletin. an advertisement <br />for bids upon the making of such improvements under such approved <br />plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published, for <br />two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids <br />will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m., August 2, 1991, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Hall by the City Clerk and Engineer, will then be ta.bula.tecq and <br />will be considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, <br />1991, in the Council Chambers. <br />Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of <br />the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the <br />issue of responsibility.
