RESOLUTION NO. 91 -23 <br />CITY OF LAKE. ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE JOHN M. DAY FARM ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has previously <br />considered and approved the preliminary plat of the John M. Day Farm <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Plannina Commission reviewed and <br />recommended. approval of a final plat for John M. nay Farm Addition at <br />its July 8, 1991 meeting, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat of John M. Day Farm Addition presented to <br />the City conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and.accept the final plat of John M. <br />Day Farm Addition as the same as on file with the City Administrator <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The developer and the City shall execute a Developer's <br />Agreement and d.e.posit such security with the City as determined. by the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo nar!< <br />dedication fee in the amount of 56,720 or $960.01 per newly created <br />lot as recommended by the City Parks Commission. <br />3. The developer shall obtain necessary permits from the Valley <br />Branch Watershed. <br />4. The developer shall pay all pass -thru costs related to this <br />development. <br />5. The developer shall adhere to all city standards and <br />ordinances. <br />6. The developer shall conform to the conditions stated in Citv <br />Planner, Mike Black's report dated July 1, 1991. <br />7.
