STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF WASHINGTON CITY OF LAKE ELMO RESOLUTION NO. 91 -21 A RESOLUTION CORRECTING PRIOR RESOLUTIONS GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS. WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has adopted the following described Resolutions relating to the issuance of Conditional Use Permits for R. J. O'Neil: 1. A Resolution adopted January 4, 1983 and recorded on March 22, 1983 as Document No. 442651. 2. A Resolution adopted January 3, 1984 and recorded on February 13, 1984 as Document No. 459692. 3. A Resolution adopted December 4, 1984 and recorded on February 5, 1985 as Document No. 478932. 4. A Resolution adopted January 7, 1966 and recorded on February 20, 1986 as Document No. 502212. 5. A Resolution adopted January 6, 1987 and recorded on February 27, 1987 as Document No. 532460. 6. A Resolution adopted January 5, 1988 and recorded on June 11, 1990 as Document No. 632968; and WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has adopted the following described Resolution relating to the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit for the St. Croix Riverman Drum and Bugle Corp.: 1. A Resolution adopted April 5, 1983 and recorded on April 27, 1983 as Document No. 444347; and WHEREAS, all such Resolutions (herein collectively referred to as "the Resolutions ") reference the following described property situated in Washington County, Minnesota to wit: The Southwest 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 36, Township 29, Range 21 except the South 219.5 feet of the East 847.7 feet thereof; and WHEREAS, the Resolutions should have referred to the following described real property situated in Washington County, Minnesota to wit:
