RESOLUTION NO. 91 -16 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ARABIAN HILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of Arabian <br />Hills; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a final <br />plat for Arabian Hills at its May 10, 1991 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat of Arabian Hills presented to the <br />City conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the final plat of <br />Arabian Hills as the same as on file with the City Administrator <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The developer and the City shall execute a Developer's <br />Agreement and deposit such security with the City as determined by <br />the City Engineer. <br />2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo park <br />dedication fee in the amount of $16,844.21. <br />3. The developer shall obtain necessary permits from the <br />Valley Branch Watershed. <br />4. The developer shall pay all pass -thru costs related to <br />this development. <br />5. The developer shall adhere to all city standards and <br />ordinances. <br />6. The developer shall on or before September 15, 1991 plant <br />up to 5 spruce or cedar trees each at least 10 ft. tall on the <br />Keith Raleigh property for the purpose of screening the Raleigh <br />house from vehicular headliqhts on 53rd Street N. and Keats <br />Avenue, with the location of the trees being specified by Keith <br />Raleigh on or before September 1, 1991. <br />1991. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City CoL <br />Signec <br />ATTEST: ¢ % <br />Mary Kd,6ffner,7 tity Administrator <br />
