NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the above described <br />parcels shall be subdivided as follows, based on the <br />following findings of fact: <br />1. The applicants meet the criteria set forth in <br />Section 401.042 relating to minor subdivisions. <br />2. The granting of the minor subdivision will make two <br />existing non- conforming lots less non - conforming. <br />3. Granting of this minor subdivision, will insure <br />that this lot never becomes a "buildable lot" through <br />variance procedures. <br />PARCEL I <br />That part of Government Lots I and 2 of Sec. 8, Tp. 29, Rge. 21, in Washington County, <br />Minnesota, lying Easterly of Olson Lake Roads as dedicated by the plat of Olson Park and <br />lying within the following described lines Commencing at the East Quarter corner of <br />said Section. 8; the East line of said Section 8 being taken as bearing North - South, thence <br />589025'10" W. 78.78 feet along the South line of said Government Lot 2; thence N 53'45,3011 <br />W 160.5 feet; thence N 64'35'30" W 494.7 feet; thence N 41'58 °3010 W 156.8 feet; thence N <br />22 43'30" W 201 feet; thence N 23'52'3091 W 308.5 feet; thence N 14 ®18`30" W 253.30 feet; <br />thence N 19 °57'30" W 12.0 feet to a point hereafter referred to as point "E "; thence <br />N 67 012`30" E 200 feety more or less, to the shoreline of Olson bake; thence northerly 30.56 <br />feet, more or less, along said shore line to the intersection with a line bearing S 69' <br />'17145" W, said line commencing at a point N 19 °57'30" W distance 39 feet from said point <br />E" and is referred hereafter as point v "Got; thence S 6937' 45" W to said point "C" <br />a distance of 199.82 feet, more or less, said point being on the Easterly line of Olson <br />Lake Road and there terminating. <br />PARCEL II <br />That part of Government Lots 1 and 2 of Sec. 8, Tp.29, Rge. 219 in Washington County, <br />Minnesota, lying Easterly of Olson Lake Road, as dedicated by the plat of Olson Park and <br />lying within the following described lines: Commencing at the East Quarter corner of <br />said Section 8; the East line of Said Section 8 being taken as bearing North - South; <br />thence S89'25'10 "W. 78.78 feet along the South Line of said Government Lot 2; thence <br />N 5345'30" W 160.5 feet; thence N 64 °35'30" W 494.7 feet; thence N 41'58'30" W 156 >8 <br />feet; thence N 22 °43'309° W 201 feet; thence N 23 °52'30" W 308.5 feet; thence N 14'18'30„ <br />W 253.30 feet; thence N 19'57'30" W 51.0 feet to a point hereafter referred to as point <br />"G " thence N 69037'45k9 E 199.82 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Olson Lake; <br />thence northerly 30.56 feet, more or less, along said shoreline to the intersection with <br />a line bearing S 72*03'W., said line commencing at a point N 19'57130" W distance 39 <br />feet from said point "G" and is referred hereafter as point "F "; thence S 72''031 W to said <br />point "F" a distance of 200 .feet, more or less, said point being on the Easterly line of <br />Olson Lake Road and there terminating. <br />
