CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 93-58 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A MINOR SUBDIVISION T* <br />EVERETT BEAURIE10 <br />5y�� (' <br />WHEREAS, Everett eeaubien made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision <br />pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo municipal Code of the following described parcel of land: <br />Part of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 14 Township 29N. <br />Range 21W, Section 14, subject to easements of record. This parcel contains 40 acres, more or <br />less. Except 37014-3675 <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this request at a regularly <br />scheduled meeting on July 26, 1993, and conditionally recommended approval of the requested <br />minor subdivision, based on the following findings of fact: <br />1. The subject land is designated RAD on the City Land Use Plan Map, <br />2. The property is zoned Rural Residential (RR) <br />3. The minimum lot size in the RR zoning district is 10 acres <br />4. The new 10 acre parcel would have direct access to Kelvin Ave, N. <br />and will satisfy City Ordinance 8078. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted to <br />Everett Beaubien and said minor subdivision shall create the following described parcel: <br />The North 660.00 feet of the East 660.00 feet of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 29, Range 21, <br />Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to all easements of record. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this minor subdivision is conditioned as follows: <br />1.
