CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLU-1710N 93-65 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DRISCOLL AND DAUGHTERS FOR A RECORDING STUDIO <br />IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Richard K. Driscoll has made application for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to operate a Recording Studio in the Agricultural Zoning District on <br />the property described as follows: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 35, T29N., R21W., <br />lying North of the Northerly right-of-way line of Trunk #12 being the South 627.9 <br />feet of the West 618 feet thereof. This parcel contains 7.9 acres more or less. <br />This property is commonly known as 10824 Hudson Boulevard. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />this request on August 9, 1993 and heard no testimony in opposition to this <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, at it August 9, 1993 meeting, the Lake Elmo Planning <br />Commission, on a vote of 6-1, recommended that the request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to operate a Recording Studio in the Agricultural Zoning District be <br />granted with certain conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a Conditional Use Permit for <br />a Recording Studio an the property described above be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />
